About Us
Ameri Hospice strives to provide efficient and compassionate hospice care at home in Plano, Texas. We match the level of care needed by the patient with the expertise of our hospice care staff.
To us, successfully providing outpatient hospice care is largely dependent on who provides care. This is why Ameri Hospice goes through great lengths to conduct a thorough assessment of the staff we hire. We train them extensively and require them to pursue continuing education that making them more efficient at providing hospice care to their patients.

At Ameri Hospice, our mission is to honor life with dignity, give quality care and extend comfort in order to ease the burdens of all patients, caregivers and families to endure the challenges of a serious and progressive illness.
Ameri Hospice wants to accomplish this Mission by:
- Delivering the most efficient service and highest quality medical care for our patients, as well as spiritual and psychosocial support for our patients, caregivers, and their family members regardless of age, race, creed, diagnosis, financial status, or ability to pay;
- Designing our services to be relevant in response to the holistic needs of our patients, caregivers, and families while respecting individual choices, values, and beliefs;
- Upholding our commitment to the members of the community we serve by continuously being responsive to the multicultural and changing needs of society; and
- Promoting excellence in the practice of palliative care through education, in-service, and training of our human resources.
